Scholarship Description
A PhD student is sought to contribute to the on-going multidisciplinary project studying the development of an integrated modelling and visualisation platform aimed to minimise the carbon footprint from transport, energy supply and other sources of emissions. The successful applicant will be part of a team of researchers working on the field of sustainable urban development. The student will use a combination of field surveys and analysis to develop modelling tools designed to predict the emissions performance of alternative urban designs. The student will attain experience in a range of aspects of specific disciplinary techniques of analysis and modelling as well as interdisciplinary skills. Student fees will be waived by the School. It is available to overseas students.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD23000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 4 years.

This scholarship is for study in Australia for those who have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent.
